Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are fixed per item until further notice due to the configuration of our third-party providers. For international shipping on soap, stickers, or prints, you may receive an additional invoice via email to cover the high cost of international shipping. If you are unable or unwilling to assist with the international shipping cost, the order will be cancelled at no cost to you. By placing an order at Blu & Gihon, you understand and acknowledge this additional international fee.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
Returns: We care about our customer satisfaction, but we are unfortunately currently unable to process returns as our store does not have a physical address to return items to. You may keep the item and accept a partial refund.
Refunds: We will offer refunds of up to 80% if you are not satisfied with a product, determined on a case-by-case basis based on if the item is still usable (i.e. a slightly crinkled poster versus a torn poster).
