1. Shipping Policy

At Blu & Gihon, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are fixed per item until further notice due to the configuration of our third-party providers. For international shipping on soap, stickers, or prints, you may receive an additional invoice via email to cover the high cost of international shipping. If you are unable or unwilling to assist with the international shipping cost, the order will be cancelled at no cost to you. By placing an order at Blu & Gihon, you understand and acknowledge this additional international fee.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Returns: We care about our customer satisfaction, but we are unfortunately currently unable to process returns as our store does not have a physical address to return items to. You may keep the item and accept a partial refund.

• Refunds: We will offer refunds of up to 80% if you are not satisfied with a product, determined on a case-by-case basis based on if the item is still usable (i.e. a slightly crinkled poster versus a torn poster). • Intellectual Property: We are a small business often inspired by popular media. Our works are transformative and/or derivative. No logos/imagery of intellectual properties will be used that do not belong to us, only vague inspiration and likeness/resemblance. We have no ill will towards the inspired properties; but hold them in high regard and admiration. No items offered by Blu & Gihon will replace official merchandise of franchises, so we will not be drawing profit from other companies. We are not associated with any franchises alluded to via our products, and encourage customers to support the original creators/companies.
